How to Care for Deep Wave Human Hair Weave

Weave not only can help to change hairstyle and but also can change your hair length. However, we should take care of the Julia human hair to maintain it. Here, we will show to maintain Deep Wave Weave.

After install weave, we can let it sit for at least 2 weeks. And, during this time, do not soak it in water. Do not apply any styling products to it.

Before washing Deep Wave Weave, brush the entire weave to remove any accumulated oil or residue. Use a smooth, controlled motion to pull a length of the weave taut and brush from the ends to the base.

Brush before bed and before washing to ensure there are no natural occurring tangles caused by wind or friction.

Do not brush wet hair as that is when hair follicles are at their most vulnerable.

Wash the hair gently in a downward motion with your palms, do not scrub or bunch the hair together as this will cause open cuticles to rub against each other causing friction.

Whilst wet, add 2-3 drops of natural oil such as Almond or Coconut by gently applying it evenly over the human hair extensions, these oils will penetrate the cuticles and add moisture to hair extensions.

Natural oils do the work of most conditioners without the added chemicals and silicones, natural is always best.

Use mild water and a nourishing shampoo for curly hair to clean the weave at least once a week.

Massage the suds to make it penetrate through the base of the weave to ensure that your scalp is cleaned. Rinse out the shampoo completely. Then condition it with a cream conditioner for curly hair.

While hair is still damp, apply a detanging spray to the Deep Wave Weave, prevent knotting. Distribute the spray throughout the weave by brushing the hair from the ends to the base.

Finally, lower the shower head and rinse your hair (not scalp) with cold water, this is known as an Arctic Rinse it will close the cuticles to lock the moisture and nutrients from the oil in, leaving you with nutrient rich hair extensions.
